Show Stopper is only earnt through Capture the Flag. In it, you have to kill the person who has taken your team flag. This is relatively easy to get in Level 5 Human Campaign. In it, you and J.Rockit battle the transport bots in Capture the Flag, as the aliens have tampered with their program. In that level is where you might get the kill bonus the most commonly.
